How to reach

By Air – Nearest major Airport is Bagdogra Airport nearly 150 kilometers from Pelling. There is a helicopter service to Bagdogra Airport from Gangtok and Gangtok to Pelling is 140 kilometers.

By Rail – There is no railway system in Sikkim. The nearest railway station is New Jalpaiguri station in Siliguri which 150 kilometers away. New Jalpaiguri is well linked up with the rest of India.

By Road - Pelling is well connected with road from Siliguri, Kalimpong, Gangtok and the road is maintained by the Border Road Organization. Pelling to Siliguri via Jorethang is the main route.
